Delivery across New Zealand

We deliver nationwide at a simple flat rate, set by your delivery address at checkout:

• Auckland: flat $9.90 per order.
• Rest of New Zealand: flat $14.90 per order.

Rural and oversized deliveries can occasionally take a little longer. If anything is likely to affect your delivery, we will let you know rather than leave you wondering.

Free store pickup

Local, or just prefer to collect in person? Choose store pickup at checkout, it is completely free. Pick any date from tomorrow onwards and we will confirm a time that suits. Pop in, grab your gear, and you are set for the weekend.

Dispatch and tracking

Most orders leave us within 1 to 2 business days. The moment yours is packed and on its way, we will email you so you are never left wondering. Delivery timeframes are good-faith estimates based on our couriers, not guarantees, but if something is running late we would rather tell you early than have you guessing.

If your order is damaged or lost

Your gear is our responsibility until it reaches you. If a parcel arrives damaged, or does not turn up when it should, contact us, not the courier, and we will sort a replacement or refund. Chasing the courier is our job, not yours. A quick photo of any damage helps us move faster.

Out-of-stock and sourced items

Some items are brought in to order from our suppliers. These take longer, and any dates we give for them are estimates rather than guarantees. See how pre-orders and sourcing work for how that runs, and your right to cancel a pre-order for a full refund if it is materially delayed.
